How to pay for our services:
We accept all forms of insurance. Please note that Chiropractic, and Physiotherapy coverage differs between varied providers. We will gladly call your insurance provider for you when you come in for your first visit. We will let you know exactly what services are covered based on the doctor's review of findings, doctor's best recommendations and treatment. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
Insurance and injury claims:
Our office is a PPO provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Coventry and Midlands Choice . We also are providers for Medicare and Medicaid. Our insurance billing specialist is trained to quickly and accurately verify your insurance benefits for care. Personal Injury and Workers Compensation cases are billed directly to the appropriate insurance parties.
Creative financing with or without insurance is available on a one-on-one basis.
