Dr. Nicholas Linn is a northeast Nebraska native having lived just outside Norfolk in the small town of Hoskins. Dr Linn attended Norfolk public schools and graduated in 1998 from Norfolk High. Dr. Linn then earned his bachelors degree from Wayne State College in 2002. After WSC Dr. Linn attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, becoming the first doctor of his family in 2005. Dr. Linn's brother Justin also attended Palmer and graduated in 2007.
While in grade school, Dr. Linn had his first visit with a chiropractor. He was in the garden with his grandmother and was having lots of pain when he would stand up from kneeling. His grandmother took him to her chiropractor, which just so happened to be a good friend of the family as well, and after a short exam and x-rays the chiropractor explained what was happening and began treatment. A short time later after being treated he felt great. It was then that he decided to become a chiropractor.
While at Palmer, Dr. Linn had the opportunity to travel to Vietnam for a month thru the colleges clinic abroad program. He traveled with a group of 25 students and 5 doctors. They treated over 5000 people in the underserved parts of the country. Most of the people they treated had never been seen by a doctor, let alone a chiropractor. Some of the areas they treated people were Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Phan Thiet, and Vung Tau. Visiting Vietnam was an experience that won't be forgotten.
Dr. Linn is married to Katrina and they have 4 little girls, Natalia who is 15, Kierstyn who is 11, Giselle is 7, and Aria 4. They live in Norfolk and enjoy being outside as much as possible. They love to travel in the summertime, ride bikes, and go on short trips. Dr. Linn is an avid hunter and fisher. The office may be closed on most fall weekends, as he will most likely be out hunting deer, duck, and pheasant.
